Shipping policy

At Brudoni, we believe ordering home décor should feel just as pleasant as bringing it into your home. That’s why we’ve created a shipping process that is simple, clear and reliable, so you always know what to expect from the moment you place your order. 

We currently ship within our selected market and offer free delivery on every order. There are no hidden fees at checkout. Each item is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves our warehouse.

Processing time:

Order preparation usually takes 1–2 business days. During this time, we carefully process and pack your order so it arrives safely.

Delivery time:

Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 6–9 business days from the moment it is placed.

Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. This allows you to follow your parcel and stay updated on its journey.

While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to busy seasons, weather conditions, or other unexpected logistical factors. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed.
