How long does delivery usually take?
Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday). As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package along the way.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping is always free. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days for the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on every Brudoni order. There are no minimum order amounts or hidden costs.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return has been approved and processed, refunds are usually issued within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear in your account.
Can I return an item if it’s not right for me?
Of course. If something isn’t quite what you expected, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Just contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the return process.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link sent to your email after shipping. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, simply contact us at support@brudoni.com and our team will gladly look into it for you.
